Chansons d’la Mer is a three bedroom, three bath villa located in the very private, very quiet – and very beautiful – area known as Domaine de Mont Jean. The villa is entirely surrounded by sea, sky, mountains and gardens. The villa and its pool, spa, terrace and deck are perched 190’ directly above the Atlantic Ocean; the breathtaking seascape seems to go on forever. Click for Views Slide Show. There are extensive outdoor living areas, terraces and sun decks all set within beautiful flowering gardens with truly stunning vistas over the sea. In fact, St. Maarten and Anguilla are easily visible on the distant horizon even though they are 20 to 25 miles away. The evening lights from these islands are particularly attractive focal points in an otherwise dark sea. Domaine Mont Jean is a gated community of just 21 villas located on a peninsula thus affording water views to the east, north and – in particular – to the west. Mont Jean is blessed – and cooled – by the easterly trade winds and is one of the two or three most prestigious locals on the island. Homes in the community have private direct access to the beach at Marigot. The pathway to the beach is directly across from the villa’s driveway. The villa is truly private and truly quiet. Only one other villa in Mont Jean is noticeably in view and that one is to the south, towards the mountains. All of the others are as out of sight as they are out of mind.		Botanical entrance
